How do I get a quote?

You can request a quote by submitting our online contact form or reaching out directly via WhatsApp or email. A product specialist will follow up to gather your specifications — including product type, dimensions, quantity, material, and finishing requirements — before providing a detailed quotation.

What factors affect the price of my packaging?

Key pricing factors include: dimensions and structural complexity, material type and weight, printing method and number of colors, finishing processes (e.g., foil stamping, embossing, lamination), order quantity, and any tooling or plate setup fees.

Are tooling fees (die-cut molds, printing plates) included in the quoted price?

Tooling fees — such as die-cut molds and printing plates — are typically quoted separately as a one-time setup cost. These tools remain on file for future reorders, so you will not be charged again for the same specifications.

Do prices decrease with larger order quantities?

Yes. We offer tiered pricing, meaning the unit cost decreases as order quantities increase. Your quotation will include pricing tiers so you can evaluate the most cost-effective quantity for your needs.

What eco-friendly material options do you offer?

We offer a range of sustainable material options, including FSC-certified paperboard, recycled content papers, water-based inks, soy-based inks, biodegradable lamination alternatives, and plastic-free packaging constructions. Our product specialists can help identify the right eco-friendly specification for your project.

What does your FSC certification cover?

Our FSC Factory Certification (Chain of Custody) means that we can produce packaging using FSC-certified materials and legally carry the FSC label on the finished product. This applies primarily to paper-based packaging. Please contact us to confirm FSC eligibility for your specific product.

Are your products compliant with the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR)?

Yes. We design and manufacture packaging with international compliance standards in mind, including alignment with EU PPWR requirements around recyclability, recycled content, and minimization. Relevant documentation can be provided upon request.

What environmental management practices do you follow in production?

As an ISO 14001-certified manufacturer, we operate under a formal Environmental Management System (EMS). This includes waste reduction practices, responsible material sourcing, water-based ink usage where applicable, and ongoing monitoring of our environmental performance.

How long does sampling take?

Unprinted structural samples (white samples) typically take 3–5 business days. Full printed samples generally take 7–10 business days, depending on the product and finishing requirements.

Do you offer rush production?

Rush production may be available in certain cases depending on our current production schedule and your product specifications. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us as early as possible to discuss urgent timelines.

Will Chinese public holidays affect my production schedule?

Yes. Major Chinese public holidays — in particular Chinese New Year (typically late January to mid-February) — will affect production and shipping schedules. We recommend placing orders at least 4–6 weeks in advance of these periods to avoid delays.

What shipping terms do you offer?

We can accommodate multiple trade terms including FOB (Free On Board, Shenzhen/Huizhou), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) depending on your needs and destination. Please specify your preferred incoterm when requesting a quote.

Do you support sea freight, air freight, and express courier?

Yes. We can arrange or assist with all three shipping modes:

Sea freight — most cost-effective for large orders; recommended for non-urgent shipments
Air freight — faster, suitable for smaller or more urgent orders
Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) — ideal for samples and small quantities

Who is responsible for freight costs?

Freight costs are typically the buyer’s responsibility under FOB terms. If you prefer a CIF or DDP arrangement where we manage and include freight in the pricing, please indicate this when requesting your quote.

How is the packaging protected during shipping to prevent transit damage?

All finished goods are packed in protective inner wrapping and placed in standard export cartons before shipment. For fragile items such as glass bottles, additional cushioning and dividers are used. We can provide photos of export packing upon request.
