Overview
At GYY Packaging, most of our products are custom-made to meet the unique specifications of each client. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customized orders, except in cases where the product is defective or does not match the approved specifications.
Eligibility for Return (Non-Custom Products Only)
For non-customized stock items, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Returns must be pre-approved by our team.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@gyypackaging.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Custom Orders
Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, returns or refunds are not accepted once production has started or the final proof has been approved by the customer. Please review all proofs and specifications carefully before confirming your order.
However, if you receive a custom product that is defective, damaged, or significantly different from your approved specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@gyypackaging.com. We will investigate the issue and may offer a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
